GOING GREEN
It's more than a fad, more than a color,
it's a lifestyle
We've decided to take that idea to heart. We've always had a focus on a healthy, locally produced menu and this year we've decided to take it a couple of steps further. Not only will we continue supporting our local organic farms for our vegetables, we've started one of our own!
Our harvest will be prepared as part of our menu, as well as offered in our own 'farm's market' at Two Chez. Please see THE FARM link for details.
Beyond our produce selections, we've added locally farmed meats and eggs. This year our pork, eggs, and produce will be supplied from Prospera Farm of Berlin. Our chicken selections will be supplied from Honey Creek Farm of Green Lake. Also, watch as we expand our beer and wine offerings to provide you with the best locally produced and organic selections available.
As we continue to focus our efforts on providing fresh, organic food items, we're making as many 'green' changes as we can to protect our environment and make the restauarnt more ecofriendly. The most notable change is our move to reduce water waste by keeping our linen use as low as possible. As the season progresses we plan to use more recycled product.
Going Green is more than a trend; its a way of life. We thank you for joining us in our transition to better our bodies as well as our Earth.
