After a season of supporting locally grown produce and farm products, as well as some of our own herbs and vegetables, we have decided to join the forces. The Farm is a local plot of land where we will be farming as much of our produce needs as possible on a 1/2 acre. Manned by Two Chez, we hope to harvest enough to offer some options to our customers in a 'Farm Market' setting, outside of the restaurant.

Where does it come from?

The Green Lake area has several environmentally conscious farms popping up.

We'll do our best to share information about these farms as we purchase their produce, so you can stay in touch with what's going on in our local earth.

We are currently using product from Propera Farm and Honey Creek Farm, and hoping to engage with new farms this season.

Why do we use it?

The Farm is our effort to educate our area about how to eat healthy and utilize local resources to improve quality of life.
